(1) Vendor needs to provide active transportation plan service to the government authority located in Columbus, OH. – A comprehensive, citywide active transportation plan for the city which addresses all forms of non–motorized travel, including sidewalks, bicycle facilities, shared–use paths, and transit–supportive infrastructure systems. – The plan will evaluate current conditions, identify system deficiencies, and establish a prioritized list of projects supported by clear implementation pathways and funding opportunities.– The development of a safer and more connected pedestrian and bicycle network, including improved access and safe routes to public transit and schools, and will provide the city with a cohesive framework for future investment.
