Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and resulting contract is to select a professional engineering firm to develop a detailed supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) master plan for the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) that quantifies our existing system, provides a vision of where DPU can be in 5-10 years and summarizes a “gap analysis” and implementation plan. As part of the master plan, the firm selected for this contract is expected to conduct a thorough communication assessment of the current and future SCADA networks to document what technology is available, feasible and cost effective at each of the sites on the SCADA networks
