Description
Request for proposals are invited for academic, administrative, and support units at the Fairfax Campus of George Mason University. The primary purpose of this master space plan is to develop a road map for decision making regarding space allocation as the University continues to grow to meet the needs of the people of Northern Virginia, the Commonwealth of Virginia, the nation, and the international community. The Comprehensive Space Master Plan will be consistent with the University Master Plan and stated goals of the University. It is anticipated that the plan will be a working document that will require periodic updating and evaluation to ensure consistency. To obtain a copy of the RFP please email Tammy Hanks at Thanks@gmu.edu or call Cathy Wolfe at (703)993-2610. The proposal deadline is Thursday, December 22, 2005 at 5:00, at the Facilities Planning Office (intersection of Patriot Circle and Rivanna River Way) on Rivanna River Way, 4400 University Drive, Fairfax, VA 22030.
