(1) Vendor needs to provide construction audit services to the government authority located in Key West, FL. – The auditing services will cover various phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and post–completion review. – Provide independent oversight of project costs, schedules, procurement practices, contract administration, and compliance requirements to ensure construction projects are completed in accordance with contract requirements, within approved budgets, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.  • Pre–construction phase:– Review and assess project plans, budgets, and schedules.– Evaluate contractor and subcontractor qualifications and bid submissions.• Construction phase:– Review contractor and subcontractor payment applications and provide recommendations regarding compliance with contract requirements and supporting documentation.– Verify that construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, permits, and contract requirements.• Post–construction phase:– Conduct a comprehensive final audit to ensure all project requirements have been met.– Review project closeout documentation.– Verify that all financial transactions have been accurately recorded and reported.• Ongoing support:– Provide consultation and technical support to agency staff throughout the contract term.– Assist with responding to audit–related questions and issues.– Provide recommendations for improving project controls, procurement procedures, and construction management practices.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
