Disability Compliance Office -Review of Services

The County of Sacramento Department of Personnel Services (County) is inviting submission of written proposals from qualified individuals, and/or firms who are knowledgeable or have experience in the administration of a Disability Compliance Office to ensure public sector compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and other federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to people with disabilities. The selected consultant firm or individual will conduct a program and position audit of the County’s Disability Compliance Office. The audit will provide recommendations on duties, staffing, and resources to enable the Disability Compliance Office to adequately support County departments with Title II concerns.
