On behalf of Mayor Ed Gainey, the Director of Human Resources, and the staff of the City of Pittsburgh Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, we are pleased to issue this Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure professional medical services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will contract with a physician or group of physicians to perform the functions of the Civil Service City Physician and/or Medical Review Officer (Physician/MRO).
