DRA-10935 - USA (Somerville, Massachusetts) - Cross Connection Control Program Service - Deadline July 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cross connection control program service to the government authority located in Somerville, MA. • Perform an annual survey on the City’s existing Cross Connection Facilities.• Perform the review and approval of Design Data Sheets and make written recommendations to the Primary Operator on approval or any necessary modifications needed prior to approval.• Test, and re–test as necessary, all backflow prevention devices as required by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection or by local ordinance.• Prepare, copy, and maintain records for the Cross Connection Control program to be on file at the Department.• Fully established computer system, with the ability to download systems and instruct City personnel on its operations.• Responsible for all mailings to building owners/agents for whom surveys and tests will be performed.• Responsible for the billing of monies owed by the building owners/agents for whom services have been performed.• Provide a toll–free telephone number for all questions and complaints from property owners and their agents(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
