Water Treatment Services

The District desires to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to provide water treatment services and chemicals to all cooling towers and chilled water, boiler, and water source heat pump closed loops currently on site. Since service is an essential aspect of this proposal, consideration will be given to the water treatment company’s experience, research capabilities, reputation, and the experience of the local sales and service personnel who will be assigned to this project. The successful bidder must have been in business for at least three (3) years. The estimated amount of cooling towers, closed loops or both, is included within this scope of work. The District currently spends approximately $52,000 annually on this service. The quantities listed are an estimate only.
