(1) Vendor needs to provide creation and development of cultural council strategic plan services to the government authority located in Florida.– Promoting cultural activities and tourism, encouraging opportunities, nurturing professional artists, advocating for the cultural sector, and supporting arts and cultural engagement activities.– Promote the destination’s cultural offerings through grants, advertising, and public relations programs.– The planner will outline a recommended communication plan for rollout as well as an implementation strategy for key aspects of the plan.– The planner will create both an internal and external (public) version of the strategic plan, as well as a dashboard or tracking mechanism to measure milestones.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
