EXTRA-71501 - USA (Wooster, Ohio) - Co-Developer Services - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide co–developer services to the government authority located in Wooster, OH.– Development activities may utilize mixed finance methodologies resulting in viable mixed income residential communities containing affordable housing, which may include elderly and family units.– Evaluating and ranking properties and surrounding neighborhoods for eligibility in applying for local, state, federal and other grant, and funding programs.– Market and economic analyses for housing and commercial uses.– Financial modeling.– Develop, oversee, and facilitate community engagement process.– Assist in community outreach and resident needs assessment.– Services will include advising the Authority as needed on all financing and programs of work involving acquisition and development of affordable housing assets designed to improve and expand the availability of affordable housing.– Develop infrastructure plan.– Obtain local, county, and state governmental approvals.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
