(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based encrypted communications platform. – Provide operation, maintenance, and support of a secure cloud–based end–to–end encrypted communication platform supporting security and safety operations, for mobile, desktop and embedded platforms.– Solution shall provide secure communications, operational coordination, emergency response capabilities, and administrative oversight for authorized personnel operating at headquarters and during deployed activities.– Delivery of a cloud–based end–to–end encrypted communications platform supporting desktop, web, and mobile devices.– Provision of software licenses for 400 users.– Provision of secure messaging, voice, video conferencing, collaboration, and operational coordination capabilities.– Provision of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity services ensuring platform resilience and continuity of operations.– Provision of 24/7 technical support and incident response services for platform malfunctions, service disruptions, security incidents, and critical operational issues.– Provision of software maintenance, updates, upgrades, and security patch management throughout the duration of the contract.– Provision of administrative, monitoring, reporting, and audit capabilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
