(1) Vendor needs to provide content development and maintenance services.– Provide full range of scientific evaluation, content development and software support services.– Literature Editor: identifies recently published scientific papers with new content for the database by searching the scientific literature using a domain–specific set of keywords provided by email at the beginning of the contract.– Contributing Editors: prepare new figures consisting of commentaries with critical evaluations of published scientific articles written in both English and foreign languages and edited and corrected diagrams, according to guidelines.– General Editor: Editor shall, using subject–matter expertise in ceramic–type inorganic materials, review and edit as necessary new figures to ensure compliance with the guidelines.– Graphics Editor– digitizes and renders diagrams as interactive graphics files in standardized format using custom software. Graphics Editor shall digitize and edit phase diagrams to convert them to interactive graphics files in standardized format using custom software provided, upload resulting files, implement all corrections, and upload corrected files.– Software Support – creates, delivers, and supports software products; maintains and incrementally improves the CMS to ensure its functionality for all steps of the editing and publishing processes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
