CLEANING-13076 - USA (Charleston, West Virginia) - Mold Remediation Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide Mold remediation services to the government authority located in Charleston, WV.– Provide services including the cleaning, treatment, removal, and repair of the effective area.– Vendor shall treat the affected area to ensure the removal of Mold spores to a level deemed safe.– Clean all surfaces within the affective area to include but not limited to: carpet, shelving, furniture, walls, floors, ceiling, and computers.– Services shall include the removal and proper disposal of affected materials.– All fabric surfaces will be cleaned and treated by a method of choice by the vendor, to successfully remove mold spores and return the item to a safe state.– All shelves, furniture should be wiped and treated in the affective area with an anti–fungal solution or equivalent process.– All vent openings will be cleaned and treated with an anti–fungal solution.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
