Eaton Canyon postfire Remediation and Cleaning services for MASH building

The City of Pasadena, Department of Public Works – Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD), is seeking qualified contractors to perform postfire remediation and cleaning services for the MASH Building impacted by the Eaton Canyon Fire. The project includes interior cleaning and restoration of approximately 1,996 square feet, involving HEPA vacuuming, surface wiping, sanitizing walls, ceilings, floors, and fixtures, and operating portable air scrubbers to remove smoke residue and particulates. All work must comply with FEMA Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide (PAPPG) standards and 2 CFR Part 200 procurement requirements. Contractors must be registered and active in SAM.gov at the time of bid submission.
