Description

This project consists of a defined scope of asphalt pavement resurfacing within the City for Fiscal Years 2024- 2025. Some projects may be federally funded, therefore, full compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act will be required. This is a stand alone, Defined Quantity Contract. Award shall be based upon the Non Davis-Bacon Schedule of Unit Pricing.
