Vendor needs to provide reimagine and transform strategic planning and organizational effectiveness services.• Facilitate structured strategic planning sessions to refine and operationalize the reimagine and transform priorities. This includes translating high–level goals into a coherent implementation roadmap and developing a decision–making framework that clarifies which decisions should be made at the leadership, team, and individual levels. • Support in developing a revised organizational structure that aligns with a function–based operating model rather than legacy funding–stream structures. This includes drafting updated job descriptions and recommending reporting lines to strengthen clarity, coherence, and cross–team alignment. • Develop communications materials and planning tools to support internal and external communication regarding organizational changes, shifts in roles or functions, and alignment with reimagine and transform priorities. This includes creating a backwards communications plan tied to upcoming key decisions and milestones. • Provide ongoing advisory support to ensure the resulting structures, processes, and communication strategies are aligned with requirements and reinforce long–term vision for a unified early childhood system.
