(1) Vendor needs to provide course evaluation survey tool.• Provide a solution to deploy surveys, collect responses, and provide tools to conduct data analysis and reporting with experience relevant to commuter campuses, part–time students and shortened terms.• The software must have a proven track record for providing a survey tool that is secure, mobile ready, and intuitive with a focus on higher education.• The solution must allow for customization of questions in a number of formats (e.g. Likert Scale, open–ended, drop down list), analysis of data for multiple levels of the organization (i.e., faculty, administration, and institutional research) and integrate with the SIS and LMS systems.(2) RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included.
