(1) Vendor needs to provide professional learning and material implementation services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.– Promoting cohesion and consistency across statewide tools and resources and supports the comprehensive literacy state development grant and the state’s commitment to advancing literacy outcomes.– Professional Learning is based on a structured literacy approach that emphasizes systematic and explicit instruction in the components of reading: phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and knowledge of how children learn to read.– Includes interactive, in–person or synchronous components.– Provides practice opportunities and bridge–to–practice activities.– Addresses misconceptions about ineffective practices.– Opportunities for modeling, feedback, and assessment.– Indicators define both theoretical foundations and practical classroom strategies, including adaptations for students with diverse needs.– Offer implementation support for district/building leaders to sustain practices.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 30,2026.
