Motor Vehicle Fuel (City of Tucson, Sun Tran, Pima County)

The City of Tucson, Sun Tran, Sun Van, and Pima County (hereinafter referred to as Agencies) intend to establish an annual requirements contract for Motor Vehicle Fuel, per the specifications contained herein. Based on historical usage, agencies anticipate purchasing an estimated 9,000,000 million gallons of fuel in the initial one-year term. The Agencies seek qualified suppliers to furnish and deliver motor vehicle fuels. Each Agency has multiple delivery locations containing various storage containers, including underground storage tanks (USTs) and aboveground storage tanks (ASTs). Some locations may be automated or cardlock fueling sites, while other locations require wet fueling. The successful Offeror(s) must demonstrate that they have sufficient capabilities and available resources to meet the product and service requirements of this solicitation. Prompt delivery of fuel is essential to the Agencies' ability to provide uninterrupted and timely service to the public. To ensure adequate coverage, the City may award to multiple Offerors and reserves the right to award by group, by individual location within a group, or in any combination that is most advantageous to the Agencies. Offerors may submit a proposal for one or more groups. The following groups are available: Group 1: Unleaded Gasoline Group 2: Ethanol Flex Fuel (E54) Group 3: Diesel Group 4: Biodiesel Group 5: Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Group 6: Wet Hose Fueling
