Vendor needs to provide siemens IP upgrade services to the government authority located in Moody AFB, GA.– Audit and inventory of all 163 existing panels.– Transition of each panel from Static IP configuration to Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) configuration to comply with Air Force Client Operations in a Networked Environment (COIN) v3 updates.– Validation that assignments comply with Air Force cybersecurity standards and COIN v3 requirements.– Testing to ensure proper device communication and no disruption to dependent systems.– Documentation of post–change configurations and network behavior.– Network reservations and security controls will be applied where required to maintain governance and tracking.– This model supports centralized updates and rapid compliance with future cybersecurity changes.
