The City of Cheyenne is requesting bids from qualified electrical contractors for installation of a quantity of LED luminaires and controls to upgrade existing lighting and lighting controls for the Cheyenne Civic Center, 510 West 20th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming, in accordance with the specifications contained in Attachments A through B. Award will be on total quote lump-sum cost basis and best overall value to the City.
