(1) Vendor needs to provide wayfinding strategy plan development service. • Wayfinding strategy document:– Analysis of user journeys (guests, staff, vendors).– Recommended signage types (directional, identification, regulatory, informational), including full motion kiosks.– Vehicular and pedestrian circulation plans.• Evaluate digital wayfinding opportunities, which may include mobile–friendly maps, QR codes, interactive kiosks, and other digital navigation tools that integrate with the physical signage system. • Project phases:1. Discovery and site analysis:– Site walk–throughs.– Mapping current signage and pain points.– User interviews and stakeholder workshops.2. Design development:– Conceptual design options.– Draft signage plans and prototypes.– Stakeholder review and iteration.3. Documentation:– Final wayfinding plan and signage system.– Detailed drawings and specifications.4. Implementation support (Optional):– Vendor coordination.– Quality assurance during install.– Post–installation audit.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
