(1) Vendor needs to provide aviation operations software for a commercial flight operations software platform.– A modern, web–based platform with an associated mobile application to support daily user interactions, including flight scheduling, dispatching, and training management.– Technical Requirements• Web–based platform, accessible via modern browsers • Cloud–hosted infrastructure, preferably in a major cloud provider environment • Associated mobile application, for iOS and Android, supporting the customer–facing functions listed in section 3.1. • Notifications within the mobile application and via email– Data Management Requirements • Robust data backup and recovery capabilities • Automated data deletion aligned with end–user defined records retention rules • Audit logging for compliance and security monitoring(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
