(1) Vendor needs to provide construction projects service to the government authority located in Washington, DC.      – To provide engine house upgrades including to construct a new, properly sized second–story addition to an existing engine house in the district.– Provide design services and a roadmap with options for revitalizing the project site to createda combined facility that supports the future growth and missions.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
