I. IMPORTANT DATES: Tuesday, January 30, 2024 – Bid opens Wednesday, February 14, 2024 – Q&A ends. Thursday, February 29, 2024– Bid ends. All Electronic Bids must be submitted on OpenGov Procurement on or before 4:00 PM (PST) ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA OPENGOV PROCUREMENT AND MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE BID CLOSED DATE AND TIME. NO EMAILED BIDS, HAND-DELIVERIES OR LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED REGARDLESS OF THE REASON. County Holidays Monday February 12, 2024 and Monday February 19, 2024
