(1) Vendor needs to provide sales tax and utilities lockbox services to the government authority located in Lakewood, CO.– Receive, process, and deposit mailed payments for utility billing and taxpayer services.– Capture and transmit all required data and images to the City through secure file transfer to a designated site.– Perform full data entry, exception handling, imaging, and processing of all payment and return types.– Utility billing lockbox services:– Payment processing:– Contractor shall process mailed payments for the following Utility Billing servicesincluding associated late fees:– Water.– Sewer.– Utility billing data entry requirements:– Payments with voucher or coupon.– Customer information fields.– Electronic creation and transmission of payment files.– Electronic payment file creation and transmission.– Customer correspondence processing (electronic imaging and indexing).– Data entry flags indicating customer account changes.– Processing of late payment items.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
