Description
The Jersey City Public School District is in need of a contractor that can provide all the labor, material, equipment, appliances and services of all tradesmen required to furnish twenty-four (24) hour service on roof repairs in all school buildings throughout the District on an "as needed" basis. This contract shall not be used for capital projects. Bid guarantee and consent of surety are mandatory. Contract not to exceed $500,000.00. Contract is subject to prevailing wage. Bids below the prevailing wage rate will not be accepted. Term of contract is from July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026
