Description
The work covered by this specification includes all of the labor, material, equipment, appliances and services required to repair windows. If balances are needed, class 5 balances must be used, measured and weighted to each individual window. Replacement of attached brackets, replacement of guides, and replace stops if missing. Lubricate and adjust so that the window is in proper operating condition. Repair of window locks must also be included in the cost.
