This request for quotes is for oxygen/cylinder rental and supplies. Quotes shall include pricing for: K Cylinder refill, D Cylinder refill, Tank Rental for K and D Cylinders, Tank Refill for K & D Cylinders, and Delivery Charge. Vender will pick up empty bottles from the Public Safety building located at 6575 North W Street and swap them out with refilled cylinders twice a week (Tuesday and Friday). Estimated quantities for each are 500.00 K Cylinder refill, 5400 D Cylinder refills, 1 lot for K Cylinder rental, 1 lot for D Cylinder rental and 112 deliveries.
