In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 2254, Subchapter A, Professional Services, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is requesting submittal of qualifications to provide prime professional architectural/engineering (A/E) services for Capitol Complex Master Plan Updates. Page Southerland Page, LLP (now Stantec) performed the initial Capitol Area Development Study, the current 2018 Capitol Complex Master Plan, and subsequent updates. TFC anticipates Page Southerland Page LLP will be the 'most qualified' based on their knowledge and experience with the TFC Capitol Complex Master Plan. “The issuing office believes that the requested items in this request for offers may be proprietary to one vendor; however, the issuing office strongly encourages offers from all qualified respondents that may be able to provide the requested items.”
