First 5 Sacramento Parent Partnerships/Parent Leadership RFP

First 5 is seeking an agency that works closely with Sacramento County community based organizations and other partners to: Act as a fiscal agent for the Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) program, which will include making purchases, issuing payments to the PLTI team (including and/or consultants), and equitably issuing stipends to parent participants and alumni. Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of at least three PLTI cohorts in Sacramento County over the three-year period, which is described in more detail below. Work in collaboration with First 5 staff to develop and implement an application process and issue incentives to parents/caregivers who have completed the PLTI curriculum and/or a parent leadership training course approved by the Commission.
