(1) Vendor needs to provide professional mobile buprenorphine program services to the government authority located in Camden, NJ.• The program’s primary goal is to provide same–day clinical assessment and buprenorphine initiation, when clinically appropriate, for individuals at high–risk for opioid overdose, including underserved populations, individuals experiencing homelessness, and those facing significant barriers to treatment within county.• Provide field–based screening and comprehensive clinical assessments.• Initiate, administer, and prescribe buprenorphine, when clinically appropriate.• Provide education regarding treatment options and recovery supports.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
