Dane County Can Storage Yard Construction

Dane County is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Project Title , located at Project Address . This project involves exterior improvements, electrical work, fencing and automated gate at the Can Yard and is being delivered under a lump sum contract. The goal of this project is to provide secure storage for roll off containers near the Dane County Landfill sites. Work is expected to be performed in coordination with County performed site work, and must comply with all applicable county specifications, ordinances, local permitting requirements, or prevailing wage laws. Interested vendors should have demonstrated experience in site civil work, landscaping, electrical gate and fence installation and the ability to manage projects of similar size and complexity. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Pre-Proposal Date at Pre-Proposal Time at Pre-Proposal Location , and all questions must be submitted by Question Submission Date . Bid packages are due by Response Submission Date at Response Submission Time . Please note that technology sheets will be added as an addendum.
