The Sandy Hill Park project (formerly known as Sandy Hill Neighborhood Park) is an approximately 10-acre park adjacent to Sandy Hill Creative Disposal Area also owned by Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC). The existing park facilities include a combined use field for football and baseball, a parking lot with 59 parking spaces, and associated amenities, such as fencing and trash receptacles. (See Construction Drawing Sheet G-3 for all existing features and existing features to be removed). This project is to renovate the existing park.
