Design of Major Renovations at Barraud Park and Northside Park

The City of Norfolk (the “City”) Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering and landscape architectural park design firms to provide the required services for the design of substantial renovations and rehabilitation to the existing Barraud Park on Vista Street and to Northside Park on Tidewater Drive, and a potential future Splashpad at Huntersville Park on Tidewater Drive, as well as other potential future park projects. The City intends to enter into an agreement or agreements with the firm or firms selected to provide these services. The City reserves the right to select a single firm to provide services for both parks or one firm to provide services at Barraud Park and a separate firm to provide services at Northside Park.
