Siesta Key Parking Lot Sweeping

Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide sweeping services of the parking lots at three park locations located on Siesta Key. The services shall be provided by the Contractor for 12 months beginning in November 2025. SERVICE LOCATIONS Parking Lot Location: Siesta Beach Address: 948 Beach Road, Sarasota, FL 34242 Frequency: once per month between the 1 st and 15 th of the month This location shall be swept with a mechanical broom truck and then vacuumed with a vacuum truck, reference Attachment A Parking Lot Location: Turtle Beach Address: 8918 Midnight Pass Road, Sarasota, FL 34242 Frequency: once per quarter between the 1 st and 15 th of the month The pavement near the pavilion shall be vacuumed with a vacuum truck, the other two areas shall be swept with a mechanical broom truck and then vacuumed with a vacuum truck, reference Attachment B Parking Lot Location: Nora Patterson Bay Island Park Address: 946 Siesta Drive, Sarasota, FL 34242 Frequency: once per month between the 1 st and 15 th of the month This location shall be swept with a mechanical broom truck, reference Attachment C
