Countywide Parking Lot Sweeping Services

The County is seeking the services of an experienced, professional, licensed, and bonded Contractor to provide parking lot sweeping for Pierce County. Work locations are throughout the County. Contractor must have the capability to service the County by providing material, labor, and all necessary equipment. It is the intent of this solicitation to contract with a single vendor to provide all services. This solicitation will result in a 1-year services contract with prevailing wage with 4 (four) one-year renewals available.
