EDUCATION-17701 - USA (Arizona) - Bowl Season Motorcoach Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bowl season motorcoach services to the government authority located in AZ.– Vrbo bowl:– Five (5) motor coaches with drivers for each Vrbo Bowl team, staff and official party upon the scheduled arrival of the team and for the scheduled duration of the team’s stay at the bowl site.– Cactus bowl: Four (4) motor coaches with drivers for each Cactus Bowl team, staff and official party upon the scheduled arrival of the team and for the scheduled duration of the team’s stay.– Band and spirit squad motorcoaches:– Up to ten (10) motorcoaches (or such other number of motorcoaches as may be necessary) with drivers for each of the two (2) institution’s band and spirit squad participating.– Cactus bowl: minimum of Six (6) motor coaches with drivers for each of the two (2) institution’s band and spirit squad participating in the Cactus Bowl upon the scheduled arrival of the team and for the scheduled duration of their stay.(2) All the Proposer emails intent must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
