New Window Shades for the 3rd Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex

2.1 Engineer, design, construct, and install new Hunter Douglas or Equivalent Designer manual screen roller shades (shearweave material) on all of the windows, for the 4th floors, window treatment to match 1st Floor. 2.2 There are 48 total windows on the 3rd floor (Approximately 80” x 55”). 2.3 Any and all existing windows with shades installed will need to be removed, including the hardware holding the shades in place. 2.4 Each roller shade is to have a manual chain (installed on one side of each individual shade) for up/down movement. 2.5 Each shade to be installed with a fascia. 2.6 Awarded contractor is to remove and dispose of any and all existing shades, and existing hardware. 2.7 Any patching, painting, or repairs to the inside of the building caused by this project, is the responsibility of the awarded contractor to be fixed (at no additional charge). 2.8 Installation of all hardware and the shades, to be done during the normal workday (8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday). No after-hours work (or weekends). 2.9 Color to be selected by Collier County Clerk's Staff from all available Hunter Douglass or Equivalent designs/colors, once a contractor has been awarded the project.
