The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the procurement of professional engineering services from an experienced and professionally qualified Engineering Firm (Contractor) with substantial professional experience in the design and implementation Water Treatment Plant supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems and automated filter control systems for the preparation of programming standards, preliminary and final engineering/design, bid phase assistance, SCADA system programming and communications configuration and construction phase engineering services.
