445518-1 JOHNSON STREET LIGHTING AND SIGNING & PAVEMENT MARKINGS IMPROVEMENTS

Work under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to fully deliver and complete the installation of pedestrian level light poles and the corresponding electrical systems, the installation of signs and pavement markings for bicycles guidance, and minor sidewalk reconstruction. All work will be performed along Johson Street as specified in the project’s Contract Plans. There are approximately two segments of 0.60 miles each of pedestrian level lighting improvements and approximately 1.56 miles total of bicycle share-the-road (sharrow) pavement markings with accompanying signage. The proposed light poles are to be install primarily at the back of sidewalk and some within existing swale areas. The scope of work must be complete in a competent and professional manner and in compliance with all applicable safety and technical related codes and laws. The Contractor agrees to cooperate and work with the City of Hollywood Design and Construction Management Department in scheduling work requested.
