(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator services to manage general liability, workers’ compensation, first party property, auto, employment practice, and public officials liability claims, and general liability claims under the property managers’ insurance program. – Create account hierarchy and claim coding in a web–based Risk Management Information System system;– To ensure data integrity and accuracy, the TPA shall regularly audit codes on open and closed claims for past 5 years and make any necessary corrections or updates; responsible for the accurate input and continued update of this data;– Create Client Service Instructions to reflect current program requirements and update on annual basis;– Web–based access that provides real–time claim data and point–in–time valuation capabilities;– Must be able to transfer historical claims data with no loss of information;– Offer leading edge technology capabilities to generate comparative analysis reports, financial summaries and other statistical analysis and ad hoc reports;– Provide 24–hour service with an adjuster available to assist telephonically or to be onsite when emergency and/or catastrophic claims occur; must include a catastrophic response plan with surge staffing and dedicated liaison– Manage and evaluate all claims, incidents and process expenses and payments for all claims brought,– Process all claims and payments in a timely fashion. The TPA will be responsible for payments of all penalties, judgments, and increased costs arising out of any error or omission of the TPA;(2) An in–person pre–proposal conference will be held on August 10,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
