And the project delivery timeframe is set for each Lot at Three (03) months . No margin of preference will be permitted. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bidding procedure used is Single Stage One-Envelope . I nterested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh at the following email address and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below. Interested bidders may download the bidding documents, in English, free of charge from the website of the Reform Support Unit (RSU) at https://rsu-sindh.gov.pk. No fee shall be required for downloading or obtaining the bidding documents. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before July13, 2026 at 4:00 pm . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on July 13, 2026 at 4:00 pm. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Amount for LOT-1 (PKR 8,200,000) & LOT-2 (PKR 10,900,000) /= in the shape of Bank Guarantee or Pay order/Call Deposit Receipt in the name of project title “Sindh Early Learning Enhancement Through Classroom.
