Description
The County of Sacramento, Municipal Services Agency, Code Enforcement Division is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed contractors to provide substandard building repair estimating services to the Division on an on-call basis in accordance with requirements of Sacramento County Code Chapters 16.22 and the requirements of California Health and Safety Code Section 17920.3 et seq. Qualified, licensed contractors are invited to submit qualifications and proposals as detailed in this Request. The consultant shall visit substandard and/or dangerous buildings throughout the County of Sacramento as defined by County's Code Enforcement Division. The consultant shall assist the County with preparation for and shall attend and testify as an expert witness at hearing concerning consultant's estimates of substandard and/or dangerous building repair costs.
