The Town intends to use the Request for Qualifications to create a pre-qualified selection list for Capital Project Construction Cost Estimating Services. The selected firm(s) may be tasked with providing construction cost estimates for any of the following categories: •Roadway projects, including bridges and other structures. •Parks projects •General civil site improvement projects •Drainage improvement projects •New building construction projects •Building remodel and renovation projects •Water and wastewater distribution projects •Water and wastewater tank and booster station projects •Water and wastewater treatment projects •Lighting systems •Landscape projects
