Description
The City of Surprise Information Technology Department invites all qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the design and construction of a communication tower. The project site will be at the Water Resource Management Department's Special Planning Area 1 (SPA 1) located at 11401 N. 136 th Avenue, Surprise, AZ 85379. The CMAR Services shall entail the provision of planning, design and construction administration services related to the City's anticipated Tower #2, that will provide public safety radio communications for the geographic area the radio communication site serves and integrates to the Regional Wireless Cooperative (RWC).
