(1) Vendor needs to provide web application modernization and existing data repository integration service. • Assess, modernize, enhance, and support the integration of the two web applications while improving scalability, maintainability, security, usability, and long–term sustainability of the public facing web application.• Evaluate and potentially implement migration from an AWS–hosted infrastructure to an internally managed on–premise infrastructure.• Improve usability, accessibility, and user experience.• Improve development, testing, and deployment workflows.• Develop public–facing and internal reporting capabilities.• Develop public data portals connected to datasets• Establish a long–term support and maintenance strategy.• Create dataset search, export and reporting tools• Provide GIS–enabled data exploration• Dashboard development• API–based integration with internal and external systems• Mobile–friendly and responsive design
