(1) Vendor needs to provide medical administration services.• Cost management: Evaluate current costs while maintaining or improving financial performance and provider discounts.• Administrative optimization: Assess alternative administrators, networks, and service models.• Administrative efficiency: Ensure accurate, timely claims processing, responsive account and eligibility management.• Service excellence: Deliver high–quality service and account management to the county and its employees and retirees.• Clinical excellence: Proactive management of complex and chronic conditions.• Provide a comprehensive disruption analysis.• Digital and non–digital engagement options.• High–cost claim management.• Specialty cost management programs.• Behavioral health integration.• Pharmacy coordination.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
