CONS-22328 - USA (Easton, Massachusetts) - Tufts Farmhouse Renovation Service - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide tufts farmhouse renovation service to the government authority located in Easton, MA.                             – The Tufts farmhouse experienced severe water damage requiring the entire inside of the dwelling to be stripped down to the studs.– City has received funding that will allow partial renovation of the farmhouse by renovating the first floor to habitable condition. – The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to: selective demolition and replacement of damaged wood, electrical, plumbing, heating, replacement of walls, floors, ceilings, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, windows, doors etc.– The farmhouse is a historical structure requiring the windows, doors and fireplace room to be restored with like/kind materials.– The barn, workshop and fields are under a lease agreement, requiring the selected contractor to describe its plans for site security, access, staging, etc. (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on July 29, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
