(1) Vendor needs to provide administration of workman’s compensation claims service.– Administer workman’s compensation claims internally; requiring third party services.– The city will transfer all active claims to the new claims administrator.– Cyber Security Requirements provide answers to the information below for review by the City’s information technology department’s cybersecurity division (IT).– Risk management information system (RMIS) the RMIS must include claims tracking, financial tracking payments and reserves, document storage, reporting standard and ad–hoc, and role–based access.– Medicare and Medicaid Reporting claims administrator will be required to manage all steps of the Medicare and Medicaid reporting process (MSA Reporting).– The claims administrator must be prepared to immediately take over the administration of approximately fifty claims that are all in different stages of the process.– The active claimants must be able to continue treatment with their approved providers and services.– Data The City requires a searchable data migration of over 4,800 records dating back to 1981.– The City would prefer it also include dashboards with advanced visualization requirements, mobile apps, and automated loss analytics.(2) The contract period will be for three years.    (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
